After playing in the surf for a while, the two boys dug a large hole and began carrying scoops of sand back to the surf line and dropping them into the water.
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"We're putting all the sand back in the ocean."
I figured that would keep them busy for a while, so I went to check on Caitlin, who was tearing up and down the beach, completely oblivious to my presence.
Rob, of course, was busy creating masterpieces with his camera. Here are a few of them:
